Orders placed between Monday to Friday are shipped within 1 – 5 business days. All packages are wrapped and shipped discretely in unmarked packages (UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL). We may use UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL to ship your order.

Once we receive your order there will be a processing time, which includes how long it takes for us to finalise your order and then ship it. Processing time may vary due to certain conditions; however, if a substantial delay has occurred we will promptly contact you.

Once an order is shipped we will notify you of the order shipment and tracking number for that package. An accurate delivery time can then be determined and you will then be able to track your package. We will also notify you if any items are on back order or sold out. A signature may be required upon delivery so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If no one is available after a few delivery attempts, you may be required to collect the package at the Post Office (a notice will be provided to you by the Post Office if this is the case). Orders may be delivered on Saturday depending on the working hours of your local Post Office.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on national holidays or weekends (USA). Please note that some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on which warehouse it is stocked in. Prices through-out the website are shown in US dollars, and all orders placed will be charged in US dollars.

Please note that although the delivery time is reduced with express shipping, we still need time to process and complete your order before shipping it. Therefore, you will not receive your package the next day after you have placed your order since we need to process and complete the order before shipping it. Having said that, we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible so that you receive your package in the shortest possible time. Essentially, your package will arrive the next business day or 2 business days after we ship it.

Back Orders

We will notify you if a product is on back order and will give you the option of waiting for the product to be restocked, replace the order or cancel the order. If you would like to replace or cancel the item(s) of your order that is/are on back order, please notify us within 48 hours of the initial notification.
