Returns / Exchange

All unworn and unused items may be returned for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in the original packaging and all tags are attached. If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must arrive at our office within 5 days after you received the merchandise. All items that are returned to us must be in its original condition (i.e. be in a sellable condition). It must not be damaged, washed, altered, soiled or worn!

Stockings and leg warmers cannot be returned. All items that are on sale/clearance cannot be returned. Due to health regulations and for your protection, we cannot accept returns/exchanges of the following intimate apparel if used; including but not limited to thongs, underwear, intimate lingerie, swimwear, intimate costumes or any other garment of a similar nature. These are considered to be a final sale once you purchase them.

If you would like to return or exchange an item(s), please email us at and you will receive a return authorisation number. Please note that without a return authorisation number your return or exchange will not be accepted. We require you to supply the following information in your email:

  • Full Name, Phone Number and Contact details (address, email etc.)
  • Order Number
  • Whether you are requesting an exchange or refund
  • The reason why you would like an exchange or refund
  • Item(s) number, color and size that you want to return or exchange

We will respond via email within 48 business hours and give you detailed instructions on how to return / exchange the item(s). Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that all return / exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. When sending a package to us, ensure that it has delivery confirmation and retain your receipt and tracking number for future reference. is not responsible for any return cost or any returned package that is lost in transit or does not reach us.

Returns that arrive after 5 days or without a return authorisation number will not be accepted. has the right to refuse any package that does not have a return authorisation number included on the package. No refunds will be given on refused shipments and the package will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All Exchanges and Returns take approximately 10 business days to process. Please allow an additional 3-5 days to receive your exchange and for refund/credits to show on your credit card statement.
