  • How do you ship products to me?
    • We may use UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL to ship your order. All packages are wrapped and shipped discretely in unmarked packages (UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL). For more information please refer to our shipping information.

  • What currency are your prices in and what taxes do we have to pay?
    • Prices through-out the website are shown in US dollars, and all orders placed will be charged in US dollars. We do not charge any tax on orders shipped to the USA. However, customers are responsible to pay any import duty and custom tax for their specific State or Country (if any).

  • How do I place an order?
    • All orders are placed online through our secure online ordering process. Select the product you wish to purchase and select ‘order now’. You can either proceed to checkout after selecting the quantity you wish to purchase or you can continue shopping and add more products to your shopping cart. The process is safe, very user friendly and straight forward.
  • Do you have a minimum order?
    • No. Order as little or as much as you like!
  • How do I pay for my order?
    • You can pay with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover accepted) or pay via PayPal. PayPal uses the world’s most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems. Pay for your item online without sharing your financial information. You can fund your payment with your debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal balance. See PayPal for more information.
  • If I have a backorder when or how will it be shipped?
    • They can be shipped immediately when they become available or we can ship them with your next order.
  • Why are your prices so Low compared to other online stores?
    • Too Raunchy Online tries to keep operating expenses as low as possible, which allows us to pass on the savings to our customers. We believe that the customer shouldn't pay for any of our business expenses or management expenses.
  • Do you have a Phone so we can call and ask about an item or a certain service?
    • Unfortunately we do not, as having a phone operator would increase our overheads, which would force us to increase our prices. Too Raunchy Online prefers to decrease operation costs, so that the saving can be passed on to our customers.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us ASAP at Our friendly customer service team will do all that they can to stop the order from being processed. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop the order before it is shipped. Please note that once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% handling fee. Please refer to the Too Raunchy Online Return Policy.
